CLIMBER & GROUNDSTAFF
We are looking to hire additional Groundstaff, Landscaping/Vegetation Clearance Operatives and Climbers to work with our teams on contracts with clients including; Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, Norfolk County Council and Highways as well as on construction sites and also in our well-developed commercial and domestic markets.
The role starts each day at our depot near Downham Market. Flexibility is essential as there will be a mixture of both day and night shifts which the successful applicant will be expected to cover. Team members are expected to work to a high standard in line with our Arb Association Accredited status.
Essential qualifications: For Groundstaff, you must have at least CS30/31 and Chipper tickets, and Landscape operatives will require Brushcutter tickets as well. Climbers will additionally be expected to have CS38/39.
Desirable qualifications would include: chipper, brushcutter, remote control mower tickets.
Holding a CSCS/ROLO card or SSSTS qualification and having a current Safety Critical Medical certificate would also be beneficial.
Working outdoors all year round is not for everyone, but if you are up for the challenge, salary will be in the range of £28,000 - £38,000 dependent on experience and qualifications held. Golden Tree Surgeons Ltd is happy to provide training for the right applicants if all the qualifications are not held.
